How to prepare before a kundalini session

Food and drink 🍵

  • Eat light on the same day, preferably at least 1–2 hours before we begin.
  • Avoid heavy food, alcohol, and caffeine.
  • Bring a water bottle – it's important to drink plenty of water.

What to bring and wear? 👕

  • Come in comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.
  • You are welcome to bring an eye mask or a scarf to cover your eyes.

Come well-rested 😌

Avoid stress or many tasks beforehand. Please arrive in good time, 10 minutes before the session starts, so you can land, feel the energy, and settle into your body. Once the session begins, the door will be closed to create an undisturbed space. It's important to be in the process without interruptions.

Set your intention 🌱

Decide what you want from the session. It can be something as simple as being open, letting go, or receiving.

When we begin: Let go! 🌊

No experience is needed. You don't have to do anything – just surrender and let the body and energy express themselves.

Afterward 🕊️

Try also to set aside time after the session to land and integrate the experience in peace and quiet.
